What is the minimum order quantity?
Many standard items can be ordered from a single wafer or one cassette. Custom specifications may need a larger minimum, which we state in the quote.
How long is the lead time?
Standard specifications that our partner fabs hold in stock usually ship within one to two weeks. Custom wafers generally take two to six weeks, depending on the process. We confirm the lead time in every quote.
Can you make non-standard sizes or thicknesses?
Yes. Custom diameter, thickness, doping, orientation and surface finish are our core service. Send us your drawing or specification.
What inspection data do you provide?
Every shipment includes a certificate of conformance. Measurement reports for thickness, resistivity and other agreed parameters are available on request.
How are wafers packed and shipped?
Wafers ship in cleanroom-grade cassettes or single-wafer carriers, vacuum sealed. We ship by express courier across Asia, and to other regions on request.
